Key Term Map

  1. Looking at Lundsford's article, I realize that I made no acknowledgement to the audience that I am transmitting the story or narrative to or that I am recording it for. Not to mention the acknowledgement of rhetorical triangle, the text is an important term and takes away from it just being a story and that it could be information being relayed.

Rose looks at a picture for composition and that adds different insight into aspects of writing that could be missed. For example, the technologies that went into it, the truthfulness of the composition, the genre it is in, and remediation where the visual image draws on other medias but creates its own as well.

As for Shipka, I think that when I acknowledged personal that it was similar to acknowledging someone's experience. Also acknowledging that a person's thoughts create these stories relates to Shipka.

After reading these I realize that my key terms are vague and that there are many more other terms that could be included into words that matter when it comes to writing.

  2. I also realized that I focused more on the creation of the writing and the author without focusing much on the audience which plays an important role in influencing the author and their writing.
