Freewrite

My past experiences with peer review have been mostly positive, the only times they were not is when either I was unprepared or my peers were unprepared. In Fiction Technique peer review was one of the most important parts and it was very helpful to have people editing and critiquing, but because it was fictional and not research it can't really be applied to this class.
The only unhelpful feedback I've experienced is when people don't understand what exactly you're researching but they still try to comment on the material itself when they should only be commenting on the design of the project itself. The only thing that frustrates me in peer review is when you are working with someone that does not share the same background information as you, such as if I'm talking about Lundell and they haven't read her article then the most important part of reviewing and critiquing is gone.
