          My experience with peer review has been good. I actually really enjoy the feedback that my colleagues have given me these past years because it helps me to see my assignment in a new light. They might be able to point out some things or help me to navigate towards new ideas on what I could have done. I never see any feedback as negative feedback because everyone views differ from one another, nothing about peer reviews frustrate me. I guess I can say, I handle constructive criticism pretty well. Effective peer review in this class would consist of questions and comments to help better understand what the person is trying to do with there project. The function of the peer review would be to give feedback to your colleagues so that they can see where your understanding lies.
