Free Write Geraghty

I personally do not like peer reviews, because more often than not peers in a college setting or less likely to give honest feedback for fears of offending the work of someone they do not know. Most of the time it becomes simply a grammar review if anything and it often ends with "good job. I like it." Students are usually mutually confused on projects and specifically what the teacher is looking for, so students are often hesitant to give feedback on graded projects because they would not want to make a corrections or give a suggestion that may lower someone's score.
In an ideal setting, I would receive feedback that not only corrected logistical errors, but also gave honest opinions on overall look and feel of the project. It would be helpful if students shared ideas about confusion related to the final project and collaborated together to answer each other's questions.
