Peer reviews have always been helpful in my past
experiences. They give me different perspectives to consider with my work and
offer helpful advice. I don’t usually have any frustration with peer review
since the feedback is only meant to benefit my work. Also the feedback is
simple suggestions usually. Effective peer review is characterized with
discourse and attentiveness; it requires patience and willingness to be
critiqued. The main function of peer reviews is to help your peers better their
work before submitting the final product.
